Welcome

to your tour guide in Jena, Sabine Weiß

Would you like to explore Jena and its beautiful surroundings? I'd be delighted! On my website you will find numerous guided tours in Jena. In addition to Jena, Weimar and Erfurt are also historically and architecturally very interesting cities, which is why I have included them in my program.

If you have a little more time, I can recommend the south of Jena. Even from a distance you can see the queen of the Saale valley, Leuchtenburg Castle, and a little further south is Rudolstadt with its magnificent baroque castle on the hill. To the north, the Dornburg castles fascinate guests, as does the town of Naumburg with its famous cathedral nestled in the vineyards. I would be happy to accompany you on your exploration tour! Just get in touch with me!

With a Personal Touch

As a child of this region, I grew up at the gates of the Zeiss factory in what is now known as “The Optical Valley”. This is one of the reasons why it took me a little longer to turn my interest in history and the English language into a career.
